Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order. A notification email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
Processing and Delivery
- It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the time it takes for the actual delivery.
- Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for shipments from the USA and 7-12 business days for shipments from China. Please keep in mind that this estimate may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shipping carrier
Shipping Area
- United States: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Depending on product availability and stock, we will choose the best shipping method, either from our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery or from China.
- Other Countries: For other regions, such as the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China. If your country is not listed, you can contact us at xyhook.gou@gmail.com to get the latest quote.
Shipping Costs
- Orders between $0.00-$58.99: $5 postage fee
- Orders over $59.00: Free
Address Changes and Order Cancellation
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our support team immediately via email. We will do our best to assist you with any necessary adjustments. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel the order.
